Discovery and Characterisation of Near-Earth Asteroids

Project:
For this project the task of the student would be to continuously write project proposals for telescope time (some time is already secured) on several of the steerable telescopes located in Sutherland, South Africa. The telescope time should be used for characterising newly-discovered and known NEAs through spectrophotometry and/or other techniques appropriate to these telescopes. The results are expected to be published in peer-reviewed journals.
